PERSONALIZED AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Boldly Branded Studios creates personalized and made-to-order physical products. Product photographs and mockups are provided as visual examples. Because each item is produced individually, slight variations in color, print placement, embroidery placement, sizing, stitching, and overall appearance may occur. Colors may also appear differently depending on a customer’s screen or device.

Normal production variations are not considered defects. This provision does not limit any rights a customer may have regarding an item that arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its description.

CUSTOMER-PROVIDED INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for reviewing all information submitted with an order, including names, spelling, capitalization, dates, sizes, colors, design choices, personalization details, and shipping information.

Personalized products may enter production shortly after an order is placed. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has begun. Any applicable cancellation, return, replacement, or refund will be handled according to our Refund Policy.

CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED CONTENT

By submitting a photograph, image, name, phrase, logo, graphic, or other content for use on a product, the customer confirms that they own the content or have permission to use it for the requested purpose.

Boldly Branded Studios reserves the right to decline or cancel an order that we reasonably believe may violate applicable law, another party’s intellectual-property rights, or our store policies. If an order is canceled for this reason before production, any refund due will be handled according to our Refund Policy.
